Hi all,

I have question about insider database.

I have excluded all problematic records from the database and sorted by transaction’s value (adjusted price multiplied by adjusted shares).

Then here is the top valued transactions in the picture. Values were insane!

When I compared the values like transaction price and shares from the other databases(open insider etc.) , it was completely different. Is there a serious mistake regarding thomson database or am i missing something? Please check the link below, it exceeds the limits of upload.

hi Boost,

I am not familiar with this data, but you can check the ‘underlying’ form 4 filings on SEC’s Edgar that are used to report these transactions. That form should have #shares and $price info.

best regards,

Thanks Joost.

I think Thomson users must check the data before their studies.
