Hi Joost,

I am not sure if this is a related question to this segment but it does not hurt to try.
I am trying to get definitive proxy statement dated back to 1993. But I find many companies do not have early filings, say 92, 93..95 etc, especially for companies that went through m&a or other restructurings.
Is there any other data source where I can find old SEC filings?
Thank you.

hi pwyw000,

I have not heard of alternative sources with all the SEC filings, so, as far as I know these filings are only ‘hardcopy’ available at the SEC.

There are specific datasources of course, so for M&A activities I suppose SDC would work (goes back to the 70’s, if I remember correctly).

best regards,

Joost
